Our Adult + Tot classes offer a joyful introduction to movement for young children and their caregivers. Together you will explore music, creative movement, simple tumbling, and playful activities designed to build coordination, confidence, and connection.

Through songs, props, obstacle courses, and imaginative movement, little ones develop early motor skills while sharing a special bonding experience with a trusted adult. These classes create a supportive and playful environment where children can explore, express themselves, and begin to feel comfortable in the dance studio.
